Our properties are equipped with fire extinguishers and detectors. Our extingusishers are checked regularly to ensure that they are working correctly, as our fire detection features.
All out properties comply with HMO regulations*, where applicable, which means that the properties are carefully checked and equipped to limit the chance of fire or accidents.
For a property to pass this standard they must be fitted with items such as fire doors, individual bedroom fire detectors, the correct amount of power sockets and much more.
All this assists in ensuring the safety of our tenants.
