Our properties are fully checked and equipped before we consider letting them. They reach the highest standards of quality and where applicable comply with the HMO standards* for multiple occupancy residence.
HMO regulations are very stringent. The regulations are in place to ensure the safety of non-related residents in rental accommodation i.e. students.
For a property to pass this standard they must be fitted with items such as fire doors, individual bedroom fire detectors, the correct amount of power sockets and much more. Plans for each and every flat must be passed by the city council planning department before we consider allowing you to reside in one of our properties.
