We take great care from the start. The properties that we lease are sourced from areas that are traditionally very secure anyway.

We don't take any risks in this area by letting flats and houses in crime hotspots, ours are located at the safest of locations, close to universities and colleges, and more importantly in reputable urban areas.

As you know, these days trusting to chance is not enough, so our properties are all fitted with security alarms and all doors and windows are fitted with locks that comply completely with British standards. This not only offers peace of mind, but will ensure that if you choose to take out your own contents insurance for your personal effects, then this can be done.

In the main, insurers will not cover properties that are not equipped with suitable locking and security features. You will not experience this problem.
