How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
All our rent is payable by standing order only and must be paid on the 1st of every month.

What is the deposit and why is it paid?
Your deposit is one month’s rent and is held on the property to ensure that the property is not callously abused. Do not worry if you take care of the property this will be repaid if full.

What is your Lease and how long is it for?
The lease is a legal contract and is used to formalise the tenancy and runs from 1st July to the 30th June; there is nothing sinister in it and we request that it is properly checked to ensure you are happy before signing. If you wish to view a sample lease please use the contact us section.

Is there a reservation/ arrangement fee to be paid to secure the property?
Quite simply no! We believe them too unfair and unnecessary.

Can I take a longer lease out than a year?
We do not offer leases for longer than a year, as peoples circumstances often change. We will however give you plenty of opportunity to confirm your place for next year before we offer it to anyone else.

Are your properties HMO'd?
All our properties that require an HMO licence have one, and those that fall out with this remit have safety features over and above those that are requested by the law.
